Village Board Minutes
To access official meeting minutes through the early 1970's, click on the "VILLAGE CODE" link on the left of this page. It will take you to the village code website and there is a section named "Public Documents". You will be able to click on the folders for minutes sorted by year. All of the information on the website is searchable including the minutes, and the results can be sorted by meeting minutes and/or the village code.

Sewer Concerns?

For general sewer concerns and issues, including recurring situations, you may click the link above and complete the form as requested. This information will be forwarded to the appropriate village representatives including the Department of Public Works.
For sewer emergencies, you may contact the Department of Public Works at (716) 683-1028 between the hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm from Monday through Friday. If an emergency occurs after hours, or on a weekend or holiday, please contact the Police Department at (716) 683-2800 for assistance. They will be able to contact a DPW employee to address the situation as deemed necessary.

News
The Village of Lancaster provides school crossing guard services for students who choose to walk or ride their bikes to school. There have been some changes as to where the guards will be stationed and to their hours. The times and locations for guards IN THE VILLAGE OF LANCASTER ONLY are posted here on our website for review. Any questions or concerns regarding crossing guards should be directed to the Village Clerk's Office (Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm) 683-2105.
