Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities available for the 2007 Lancaster Village Special Events Series. Although in most cases our sponsors choose to be involved because of their community spirit and not necessarily the exposure they get, we work hard to maximize that visibility. Sponsors are listed or mentioned in as many places as we can. We recognize that consumers like to do business with community-minded organizations, so we spread the word about our sponsors.

Event Series Presenter $5000

• Name and/or logo on all advertising with words "Lancaster Village Special Events Series presented by"
• Name and/or logo on all Central Avenue banners and signs related to the series
• Name and/or logo on Special Events Series sign on Special Events Trailer
• Prominent placement of your banner at all series events
• Table/booth space reserved for you at all events in series
• Name mention and thanks by Master of Ceremonies throughout the day at all events

Event Series Sponsor $3000

• Name on all advertising with words "Lancaster Village Special Events Series sponsored by"
• Name on all Central Avenue banners and signs related to the series
• Name on Special Events Series sign on Special Events Trailer
• Prominent placement of your banner at all series events
• Table/booth space reserved for you at all events in series
• Name mention and thanks by Master of Ceremonies throughout the day at all events

Individual Event Presenter $1000 (Independence Days excluded)

• Name and/or logo on all advertising with words "(Name of Event) presented by"
• Name and/or logo on all Central Avenue banners and signs related to the sponsored event
• Name and/or logo on Special Events Series sign on Special Events Trailer
• Prominent placement of your banner at sponsored event
• Table/booth space reserved for you at sponsored event
• Name mention and thanks by Master of Ceremonies throughout the day of sponsored event

Independence Days Sponsor $2000

• All of the same benefits as Individual Event Presenter for duration of Independence Days Celebration

Mainstage Sponsor $2000

• Your banner prominently displayed in the center of the mainstage at all events that utilize a stage for music. Currently, Independence Days and the Taste of Lancaster are included and other events may be added
• Mention by the Master of Ceremonies at introduction of each entertainment act
• Name on all advertising that lists the events scheduled on the stage

Fireworks Sponsor $ 2000

• Your organization is the fireworks sponsor for the entire season. Currently, there are two events (Independence Days and Last Night Lancaster) that utilize foreworks
• Name listed in all advertisement relating to events that utilize fireworks
• Mention by Master of Ceremonies throughout the days of events utilizing fireworks

Baby Contest Sponsor $250

• Name in all advertising listing events of the Independence Days Celebration
• Prominent placement of your banner during the Baby Contest
• Mention of Master of Ceremonies throughout Independence Days Celebration
• Table space for your organization during baby contest

Parade Sponsor $250

• Name in all advertising listing events of the Independence Days Celebration
• Prominent placement of your banner during the Parade
• Mention of Master of Ceremonies throughout Independence Days Celebration
• Table space for your organization during Parade

Award Sponsors $250/$150

• $250 Awards include - Best of Show at Car & Cycle, Best of Show and Purchase Award at Arts in The Village, Best of Show at Short Film Festival, Mayor's Cup at Taste of Lancaster
• $150 Awards include - Best in Ford, GM, Mopar, Best in Class, and Best Paint at the Car & Cycle Show, People's Choice Award at Taste of Lancaster, Best 2-D, Best 3-D, and Best Crafts at Arts in the VIllage, Baby Contest and Parade Float Awards at Indepenedence Days
